Therapy Sessions

Meet London

Helping therapists build practices that support both their purpose and their freedom.

I’m London, a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, Board-Approved Supervisor, and Licensed Addiction Counselor with a passion for helping others grow—not only in their personal and professional lives, but also in the way they envision and build their careers.

Since entering the mental health field in 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including adolescent psychiatric facilities, community mental health centers, residential and outpatient substance use treatment programs, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of meaningful connection, professional support, and creating environments where people can thrive.

Throughout my career, I’ve come to recognize that the work we do as therapists extends far beyond the therapy walls. We spend so much of our time supporting others, navigating complex systems, and helping people build healthier lives that we can sometimes overlook the importance of building careers that are sustainable and fulfilling for ourselves.

That realization sparked my passion for helping therapists explore private practice, grow their businesses, and create practices that are not only profitable but also aligned with their values, vision, and desired lifestyle. I believe therapists deserve the opportunity to build something of their own without feeling like they have to figure everything out alone.

Beyond the Therapy Walls was created with that vision in mind.

My goal is to create a space where therapists can connect, learn from one another, share resources, exchange referrals, and navigate the realities of private practice together. Whether you’re just beginning to explore private practice, actively building your business, or looking for ways to grow and sustain the practice you’ve already established, you deserve a community that supports your growth.

I believe independence doesn’t have to mean isolation. We can build successful practices while maintaining meaningful professional relationships, learning from others, and making room for collaboration rather than competition.

Building a practice should be about more than just making a living. It should be about creating a career and a life you love—without losing the connection, purpose, and passion that brought you into this field in the first place.

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to building beyond the therapy walls with you.
